Thank you Valerie!!

Check my AMAZING new banner on the top of my blog! Made by my AMAZING friend Valerie! I think it looks amazing, all I need now is to find a background the right size to go with it... lol :) well, I am totally not not computer-oriented so I'm still trying to figure out how to even put tabs on the top of  the blog to see pictures, videos, etc... So this is pretty awesome! Thanks!! Also I just added this awsome gadget called "The Daily Puppy". Check it out!

P.S.- I just went back and re-read this post and I used the word "amazing" 3 times, so it must be :)

Blog got a Make-over!

So, as you can hopefully see, I have been playing with the layout of my blog. How does it look? Tell me in the comment box below :)

Over 16 million kids in America struggle with hunger. (That’s enough kids to fill over 200,000 school buses!) But you can help and it’s as simple wearing the color orange!

Orange is not just the color of Team No Kid Hungry; it’s actually the color of hunger awareness. On September 6th-9th join Team No Kid Hungry, young celebrities, and individuals like YOU in Go Orange for No Kid Hungry.

Go Orange for No Kid Hungry is a national effort to raise awareness about the 1 in 5 kids who face hunger every day. Get your school, sports team, youth group, friends and family involved by planning to wear orange on the same day. While rocking the color orange, help raise even more awareness by snapping a photo and sharing it with your Facebook friends. Be sure to Like No Kid Hungry 2 to get the latest Go Orange news.

butterflies; God's beautiful creatures

Butterflies are so beautiful! I took this picture the other day and it just makes me think of how creative God had to be to come up these!
Beautiful and graceful, varied and enchanting, small but approachable, butterflies lead you to the sunny side of life.  And everyone deserves a little sunshine.  ~Jeffrey Glassberg

Windmill Awards

   Hi all!

it seems like forever since I posted last. Well, last week, our local historical theatre had their take on the Academy Awards. It was wonderful! They drove us up in Antique cars and we got to walk down the red carpet. My theater group won a  LOT of awards, including Best stage Crew to all the woodnymphs (which I was one of :)) Here's a picture of our group
