Faith like a Mustard Seed

Luke 17:6
He replied, "If you have faith as small as a mustard seed,
you can say to this mulberry tree, 'Be uprooted and planted
in the sea,' and it will obey you.

This is my mustard seed necklace. I got it recently for graduating the 8th grade at my church. I wear it all the time because it reminds me that, when things seem like their impossible, if I have faith as small as the seed, it isn't impossible. I just thought that this would be a good reminder to everyone that, with faith, you can do anything! Have a great week everyone!

So tired -_-

This week is Production week for our upcoming play (The Chronicles of Narnia for those of you who haven't heard already) and I am soooo tired! I am having a ton of fun and I love everyone to death but I will be extremely happy when I get to sleep in. Our plays legally start Thursday but today we had a few nursing homes and a preschool come and watch us. The preschoolers were adorable. When the White Witch got killed, one of them yelled out "Oh no! She's dead!" It was so cute. They were all terrified of Aslan. I would be too if I was that small. :)

Oh Happy day when he washed my sins away!
He's alive and making a place for you in heaven right now!
Have a happy Easter everyone and remember
what its really about!

From the mouths of babies...

Isn't this so cute?! :)

From the mouths of babies…

angels
I only know the names of two angels, Hark and Harold.
–Gregory, age 5
Everybody’s got it all wrong. Angels don’t wear halos anymore. I forget why, but scientists are working on it.
–Olive, age 9
It’s not easy to become an angel! First, you die. Then you go to Heaven, and then there’s still the flight training to go through. And then you got to agree to wear those angel clothes.
–Matthew, age 9
Angels work for God and watch over kids when God has to go do something else.
–Mitchell, age 7
My guardian angel helps me with math, but he’s not much good for science.
–Henry, age 8
Angels don’t eat, but they drink milk from Holy Cows!!!
–Jack, age 6
Angels talk all the way while they’re flying you up to heaven. The main subject is where you went wrong before you got dead.
–Daniel, age 9
When an angel gets mad, he takes a deep breath and counts to ten. And when he lets out his breath again, somewhere there’s a tornado.
–Reagan, age 10
Angels have a lot to do and they keep very busy. If you lose a tooth, an angel comes in through your window and leaves money under your pillow. Then when it gets cold, angels go south for the winter.
–Sara, age 6
Angels live in cloud houses made by God and his son, who’s a very good carpenter.
–Jared, age 8
All angels are girls because they gotta wear dresses and boys didn’t go for it.
–Antonio, age 9
My angel is my grandma who died last year. She got a big head start on helping me while she was still down here on earth.
–Ashley, age 9
Some of the angels are in charge of helping heal sick animals and pets. And if they don’t make the animals get better, they help the child get over it.
– Vicki, age 8
What I don’t get about angels is, why when someone is in love, they shoot arrows at them.
–Sarah, age 7

He Came For You!

Today is Palm Sunday. Today, Jesus rode into the town on a donkey and People Shouted at him " Hosanna! Glory in the highest!" but in the same week they killed him. He chose to die because he loved us. I think this song really captures that. There is a video on the bottom and these are the lyrics to the song. Hope you love this as much as I do. Don't forget to read the lyrics and listen to the words! Have a blessed Easter. Love, Megan

One day when Heaven was filled with His praises
One day when sin was as black as could be
Jesus came forth to be born of a Virgin
Dwelt among men, my example is He

Word became flesh and the light shined among us
His glory revealed

Living He loved me, dying He saved me
And buried He carried my sins far away
Rising He justified freely forever
One day He's coming, oh, glorious day, oh, glorious day

One day they led Him up Calvary's mountain
One day they nailed Him to die on a tree
Suffering anguish, despised and rejected
Bearing our sins, my Redeemer is He

Hands that healed nations, stretched out on a tree
And took the nails for me

'Cause living He loved me, dying He saved me
And buried He carried my sins far away
Rising He justified freely forever
One day He's coming, oh, glorious day, oh, glorious day
[ From: http://www.elyrics.net/read/c/casting-crowns-lyrics/glorious-day-(living-he-loved-me)-lyrics.html ]

One day the grave could conceal Him no longer
One day the stone rolled away from the door
Then He arose, over death He had conquered
Now He's ascended, my Lord evermore

Death could not hold Him
The grave could not keep Him from rising again

Living He loved me, dying He saved me
And buried He carried my sins far away
Rising He justified freely forever
One day He's coming, oh, glorious day, oh, glorious day
Glorious day

One day the trumpet will sound for His coming
One day the skies with His glories will shine
Wonderful day, my beloved one bringing
My Savior Jesus is mine

Living He loved me, dying He saved me
And buried He carried my sins far away
Rising He justified freely forever
One day He's coming, oh, glorious day, oh, glorious day
Glorious day, oh, glorious day
